When you are stressed, work out! It is a proven method of relieving stress because physical activity releases endorphins (neurotransmitters that make you feel good) in your brain. In addition, you’ll be happy you chose to work your shoes and not your fork.
Losing weight isn’t always easy, but a walk is and it will relieve stress … and it can help you to lose weight. You can even include your family and pets. A walk in the park is more engaging physically and socially than movie night and it will instill good habits in your family.
